During the hour long meeting, 200 young players spoke with the RIHF sporting director Oleg Kupriyanov, Russian national team coaches Oleg Bratash and Ilya Vorobyov and players Nikita Tryamkin, Yegor Korshkov and Pavel Kraskovsky.

At the end of the event, a jersey with the signatures of the 2018 Olympic champions was given to the Sirius Educational Centre. The young players then took photographs with their elder colleagues and received autographs.

Russian Olympic team coach Oleg Bratash:

- These meetings are really useful for the young players, because they can see why they're dreaming to become like the people sitting in front of them. The fact that these guys are training at the Sirius centre shows their talent, because only the best come here. Meeting with the Russian national team will only help them to keep developing.

Director of the Sirius Educational Centre sporting department Dmitry Savin:

- The partnership between the Russian Ice Hockey Federation and the Sirius Educational Centre is key for the system of developing players. The opportunity to become a part of the national team's training process helps our youth players to be closer to the world of sport. The achievements of Russia's senior players gives others even more motivation.
