The RIHF and Liga Stavok opened a new rink in Ulyanovsk Region

President of the Russian Hockey Federation Vladislav Tretiak and the First Vice President of Liga Stavok Olga Zhuravskaya ceremoniously opened a new multifunctional ice hockey rink in Ulyanovsk Region for the pupils of the Open House rehabilitation program.

The rink became the 21st sporting facility built within the framework of the League of Kindness program, which is implemented by Liga Stavok together with the Constellation of Kindness charity.
