Channel One Cup. Russia versus Kazakhstan

The Russian national team will compete in the second and final match of the 2025 Channel One Cup against Kazakhstan this afternoon!
These following Russian players and coaches are involved in the competition:
Goalkeepers: Vladimir Galkin (Avtomobilist), Maxim Motorygin (Dynamo Moscow), Alexander Samoilov (Severstal), Ilya Samsonov (Sochi).
Defensemen: Yaroslav Busygin, Dmitry Yudin (both Avtomobilist), Ilya Karpukhin, Nikita Lyamkin (both Ak Bars), Timur Akhiyarov (Sibir), Grigory Dronov (Traktor), Alexander Yelesin (Lokomotiv), Bogdan Konyushkov (Torpedo), Daniil Pylenkov (Dynamo Moscow).

Our players defeated Belarus in their competition opener yesterday, with Roman Kantserov and Danil Aimurzin hitting the target in a confident 3:1 triumph. The Kazakhs, however, had lost to the Belarusians 1:4 on Friday.
Puck-drop is scheduled for 14:00 Moscow time at the Sibir Arena in Novosibirsk. Channel One will provide a live television broadcast in Russia.
