Igor Tuzik, the consultant of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) National Team's Directorate, celebrates his birthday on November 13.
During his successful playing and coaching career, Igor has notably long been involved in the national team's management, notably working as the general manager as Russia won the World Championship in 2008, 2009 and 2012.
