Webinar concerning changes to ice hockey rules

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF), in collaboration with the All-Russian Board of Referees, will host an annual webinar reviewing key changes to the officiating guidelines for competitions organised by the All-Russian Sporting Federation (ARSF).

Ice hockey referees and all other interested parties are invited to attend.

The webinar will take place on 27 July at 10:00 Moscow time.

The event will be broadcast via the All-Russian Board of Referees' community page on the VKontakte social networking platform, as well as on the official websites of the Board and the RIHF.
