In memory of Genrikh Sidorenkov

Genrikh Sidorenkov, who won several accolades during his successful playing career, would today have turned 95 years of age.

As a professional ice hockey player, Genrikh earned Olympic gold, became a world champion on two occasions and a Soviet champion four times.

Furthermore, he is also a member of the Russian Hockey Hall of Fame.

Genrikh sadly passed away in January of 1990. Nevertheless, his legacy certainly lives on.
