On September 11, 2019 World U18 Championship silver medalist Takhir Mingachev and forward Danila Khulapov held a "Fun Starts" event at a school for deaf children.

The celebration, aimed for children studying in the first and second classes, started with an ice hockey quiz. After that, physical activities took place outside, with the children notably practicising ice hockey shots. They then received souvenirs and took photos with the players.

"I'm happy that I had the opportunity to participate in the "Fun Starts" event today," stated Takhir Mingachev. "It was great. All of the children tried hard, it was a true sporting celebration. We received plenty of positive emotions here."
