The RIHF held sessions with organisations using the Red Machine National Development Program
Specialists of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) conducted training sessions together with coaches of sporting organisations which are implementing the Red Machine National Development Program.
The purpose of the event was to assess the technical ability of the young players and, if necessary, help coaches select additional exercises aimed at improving their level. The staging of such events gives an idea of the effectiveness of training progress and allows for timely changes if they are required.

Coaches shared their experiences with the RIHF specialists and provided valuable information regarding improvements.
The component of the Red Machine National Development Program related to the assessment of technical ability was developed using modern information technologies which allows the procedure to be carried out quickly and accurately.
