Friendly match. Czech Republic U16 - Russia U16 - 2:3

The under 16 Russian national team played the first of three planned friendly matches against the Czech counterparts.

Russia U16 fell behind to an early Czech Republic goal, but recovered to take the lead with goals from Rostislav Khaliullin and Danila Bashkirov. The Czechs would equalise, but a late Ilya Nikolaev marker sealed the victory for head coach Vladimir Filatov's troops!

The second game with the Czech Republic will take place on December 21st at 19:00 Moscow time.
