15.01.2026
An agreement was signed between the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) and the EHOCKEY.PRO platform to host the KISELEVICH CYBER HOCKEY CUP 2026 tournament at the RIHF's office.
The agreement cements the parties' partnership in organising and hosting the country's first official cyber hockey cup in Russian interactive hockey, a tournament which combines the traditions of classic ice hockey with modern digital formats.
The project, which is being implemented in all game formats, is named after Olympic champion Bogdan Kiselevich. The competition will form an important step in the development of interactive hockey in Russia, expanding its audience and attracting new fans of ice hockey.
As a part of the agreement, the parties agreed to collaborate on hosting the competition, providing media support for the tournament and developing esports activities under the auspices of the RIHF.
The KISELEVICH CYBER HOCKEY CUP 2026 tournament is scheduled to begin on 26 January with team events in 6x6 and 3x3 formats. Individual 1x1 matches will subsequently be staged on 9 February.
