Women's World Championship. Russia - Sweden

Today on April 6th, the senior Russian women's national team will play their World Championship fifth place playoff against Sweden.
After beating Finland 2:1 in the group stages, Russia then lost to Canada and the USA before the quarter-final against the Germans. Russia were favourites, but, unfortunately, the team fell to their opponents 1:2. Sweden were defeated by Finland 0:4 at the same stage of the competition.
