09.12.2021
Special postage stamps dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Russian ice hockey will be released tomorrow on December 10.

They display the images of Anatoly Firsov, Valeri Kharlamov and Valeri Vasiliev, who all shot to world fame with the Soviet national team. On the international stage, they picked up a combined total of seven Olympic gold medals and 24 World Championship gold medals. At club level, they represented Moscow-based clubs CSKA, Spartak and Dynamo.

First-day envelopes and a celebratory impress stamp have been created for Moscow. You can purchase the stamps on the day of their release at the main Moscow post office located at this following address: Myasnitskaya Street, 26A, building 1.

The postage stamps will be available at Russian post offices and the "Collector" stores. They can be used either to send post or as a collector's item.

Additionally, an artistic cover will be published. It will contain a postage stamp and souvenir vignettes with images of other famous Soviet and Russian ice hockey players.
