The Russian Ice Hockey Federation can inform that changes have been made to the men's senior national team coaching staff.
Ilya Vorobyov has been named the interim head coach. Alexei Zhamnov, Igor Nikitin, Rashit Davydov and Anvar Gatiyatulin will work alongside him.
The Russian Ice Hockey Federation extends its gratitude to Olympic and world champions Oleg Znarok and Harijs Vitolins for their work as coaches. Oleg will be offered the position of the senior national team's consultant.
