Russia W training camp in Novogorsk

A training camp for the senior Russian women's national team will be organised in Novogorsk between the 24th and 30th of April.

The following players and coaches are involved in the process:

Goalkeepers: Darya Gredzen (Biryusa), Valeria Tarakanova (Agidel), Valeria Merkusheva (Tornado), Alyona Ashina (Dynamo Neva).

Defenders: Liana Ganeeva (Dynamo Neva), Polina Akhipova (Biryusa), Maria Batalova, Anna Shibanova, Alexandra Kozyr, Angelina Makhmutova (all Agidel), Nina Pirogova, Elena Provorova (both Sakhalin).

Forwards: Landysh Falyakhova, Ekaterina Davletshina (both Tornado), Oksana Bratishcheva, Alyona Starovoytova (both Sakhalin), Valeria Ivanova, Ksenia Ponomaryova, Ekaterina Chegosheva (all Dynamo Neva), Alexandra Nesterova, Olga Sosina, Veronika Korzhakova, Elizaveta Dubey (all Agidel), Sofya Krivosheeva, Viktoria Burdukova, Viktoria Kulishova (all Biryusa).

Head coach: Valeri Davletshin.

Coaches: Alexander Vedernikova, Mikhail Milyokhin.

Goalkeeping coach: Ivan Nikolaev.

Physical conditioning coach: Vitaly Ainetdinov.

Training sessions will take place both on and off the ice, with an anti-doping seminar also planned. Furthermore, friendly games against Belye Medvedi 2010 (26 April) and the junior Russian women's side (28 April) will be staged.
