Valeri Kamensky is 60!

Valeri Kamensky, a true legend of world ice hockey, celebrates his birthday on 18 April.

Today, he has turned 60 years of age!

Valeri became an Olympic champion with the Soviet national team in 1988, while also winning the World Championship in 1986, 1989 and 1990. He was notably declared the USSR's best player of the 1990/1991 campaign.

At club level, Valeri won the Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in 1996.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation wishes Valeri health, happiness and a happy birthday!
