In memory of Pavel Zhiburtovich

Pavel Zhiburtovich, a member of the Russian Hockey Hall of Fame, would today have turned 100 years of age.

While competing as a defenseman, Pavel won the USSR Championship four times. Furthermore, he also became a world and European champion with the Soviet national team.

He ended his playing career in 1962.
