The RIHF participated in a conference at the Russian Sport University

At the Russian Sport University, the annual "Physical Culture and Sport as One of the Main Directions of Youth Policy in the Russian Federation" conference was held. The organisers of the event were the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, the Russian Sport University and the Russian Student Sports Union. The State Duma Committee on Youth Policy acted as the event's sponsor.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) presented a report on the results of the implementation of the additional general development program "Red Machine - We are a Team!" program which was created in cooperation with the Artek Centre. The data, information and conclusions obtained during the implementation of the general developmental program once again confirmed its effectiveness in promoting a combination of a healthy lifestyle and education for children.

Furthermore, material concerning the successful introduction of the Red Machine National Development Program in schools was presented. The Red Machine National Development Program was founded by the RIHF with the support of Nornickel.
