10.02.2022
Today, in the second round of the group stage of the 2022 Olympic Games, the ROC men's ice hockey team will compete against Denmark.

In the first game, our players kept Switzerland at bay, earning a slender 1:0 victory thanks to Anton Slepyshev's first-period goal from a tight angle on the right flank. Solid goalkeeper Ivan Fedotov capped his Olympic debut with an impressive shutout.

The Danes also made a triumphant start to the tournament, springing a surprise with a 2:1 win over the Czechs.

The nations in first place of both groups will automatically qualify for the Olympic quarter-finals, whereas all remaining teams will have to compete in the Round of 16.

Puck-drop is scheduled for 07:10 Moscow time. Channel One will provide a live television broadcast in Russia, and you can follow text updates on our official Twitter account.
