Team ROC held the second training session in Beijing

On February 5, Team ROC held the second training session in China in preparation for the 2022 Olympic Games in China.

The players worked out in these following lines:

Fedotov, Samonov, Bilyalov;
Nesterov, Nikishin - Galiev, Shipachyov, Grigorenko;
Telegin, Elesin - Gusev, Semyonov, Gritsyuk;
Yakovlev, Minulin - Tkachyov, Karnaukhov, Voronkov;
Sharipzyanov, Voynov - Slepyshev, Andronov, Chibisov;
Kayumov, Mukhamadullin - Kuzmneko, Kadeikin, Marchenko.

In the evening, a friendly match had been organised to take place against Latvia, but it was subsequently cancelled.

"The organisers cancelled the game," stated team manager Ilya Kovalchuk. "As far as I know, the Latvian national team has a problem with the COVID protocol. This is the reality of our times, another match had been called off a couple of days ago. Never mind, we will adapt to the situation and hold a training game.
