Decision of the RIHF Disciplinary Committee

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) takes a principle position in the fight against various kinds of falsifications and manifestations of corruption in Russian ice hockey, which pose a huge threat to sport and damage its development and security.

The Disciplinary Committee of the RIHF made a decision concerning the case of forged documents.

It was established that hockey player M., his parents (legal representatives) and three schools used forged documents when hockey player M. carried out ice hockey-related activities.

Following the review, the RIHF Disciplinary Committee applied the following sanctions:

- to the player M. - a ban on any activity related to ice hockey for a period of 1 (one) year;
- to its legal representatives - a ban on the implementation of any activity related to ice hockey for life;
- to ice hockey schools - a fine of 100,000 RUB.
