The RIHF presented the Red Machine National Development Program in Rostov

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) presented the Red Machine National Development Program in Rostov.
Pavel Sheruimov, the head of the development and implementation department of the Red Machine Development Program, gave a speech concerning the main directions of state policy in the field of physical culture and sport.
During the presentation, RIHF specialists revealed the key methodological developments with regard to the long-term training of players. Reports named "Features of the Sporting Training of Players Between the Ages of 11 and 16" and "Pedagogical Technologies for Organising Classes Concerning Practical Guidelines for Coaches of Players Between the Ages of 5-10 or Younger" were presented by Andrei Ivanov and Vadim Krasnoslobodtsev respectively.
The general director of Rostov HC, Tomas Kull, noted that the introduction of the Red Machine National Development Program is an effective instrument of improving the youth ice hockey system in Russia.
The practical side of the event saw a master class take place for children from School No.6. Following the training session, an agreement was signed between the RIHF and the Sporting School of the Olympic Reserve. Thanks to this agreement, children and specialists of School No.6 will be among the first to receive the new educational materials of the Red Machine National Development Program.
