All ball hockey festival has started in Omsk

In Omsk, the 2021 Siberia Ball Hockey Cup started on August 24.

The festival is being staged among children born in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, and also male amateur teams. The festival was organised by the Alexander Vyukhin Charitable Foundation for the Development of Sport and the Russian Ice Hockey Federation with the support of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sport of Omsk Region.

Ball hockey is a sport played on a court which possesses the dimensions and markings of which correspond to ice hockey. The same can be said regarding the rules and regulations. The main differences are the use of a hard cover instead of ice, and a ball instead of a puck.
