Reaction after beating Avtomobilist at the Sochi Hockey Open

Following the slender 2:1 overtime victory against Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg at the 2021 Sochi Hockey Open, Russian Olympic national team coach Oleg Bratash shared his thoughts:

- This was a good test for our players, they are candidates to participate at the upcoming World Junior Championship in the winter. It's nice that we were able to win one match at this competition, we wanted to see how our guys could compete against such strong opponents. Why did Dmitry Nikolaev play in net and not Yegor Guskov? The latter will be our main goalkeeper for the Four Nations in the Czech Republic. Marat Khusnutdinov? He showed his leadership qualities, we can see why he was named captain of the junior national team by Igor Larionov. The organisation of this tournament is excellent, I always enjoy working here with the team.
