The Board of the All-Russian Referee Collegium held a meeting

The Board of the All-Russian Referee Collegium (ARRC) held a meeting via a video format.

ARRC chairman Mikhail Karpushin, head referee of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) Alexei Anisimov, head of the referee training and methodical department Alexander Polyakov, head of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) register Denis Ledovskikh and heads of the RIHF's branch refereeing departments all participated in the meeting.

The parties discussed matters concerning organisational issues faced by the RIHF branches, the RIHF register and the admission of referees for officiating in Russian professional ice hockey leagues.

Furthermore, the 2020/2021 season was summarised and plans were put in place for the 2021/2022 campaign.
