The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) can reveal the medalists of the 2019/2020 All-Russian men's championships.

A special procedure concerning the final standings of the 2019/2020 All-Russian men's ice hockey championships:

- The sporting principle is key;
- Results of the regular season and playoffs are taken into account;
- All available statistical data is taken into account;
- The league regulations do not hold meaning when deciding the winners and medalists.

Summary of the 2019/2020 All-Russian men's championships:

- The final standings have been drawn up after considering results of the regular season and the first round of the playoffs;
- Russian teams which qualified for the second round of the playoffs are ranked after taking into account regular season points;
- Russian teams which didn't qualify for the second round of the playoffs are ranked in accordance with the regular season points.
