The RIHF will pay bonuses to youth coaches of the World Junior Championship participants

On behalf of Arkady Rotenberg, the chairman of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) board, the organisation has developed a rule concerning the award system for athletes. In accordance with the new regulation, the federation will pay bonuses to the coaches of young players between the ages of 11 and 18, who subsequently achieved great results at World Championships and the Olympic Games.
The first payouts will be received by coaches who worked with the male and female Russian junior national teams, which recently won bronze at the respective World Junior Championships.
All specialists who worked with the players in children's ice hockey schools will receive monetary rewards in regards to the amount of time they worked with each player.
