New rules for the goal line

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation informs that in the 2019/2020 season, for all competitions on Russian Federation territory, new rules will be introduced in regards to the goal line.
Here are two diagrams displaying how the format will work (in Russian):
These changes will be used for these following competitions:
- Kontinental Hockey League - men's Russian championship
- Silk Road Supreme Hockey League - all-Russian competition for men's teams
- Supreme Hockey League 2 - all-Russian competition for men's teams
- Youth Hockey League - Russian championship for players below the age of 21
- National Youth Hockey League - all-Russian competition for players below the age of 21
