RIHF Coaches Council meeting was held

Coaches’ Council meeting dedicated to the upcoming Olympic Games in Sochi was held in Ice Hockey Federation of Russia. It was attended by its President Vladislav Tretyak, Vice-presidents Boris Mayorov, Igor Tuzik and Nikolai Uryupin, twice Olympic champion Alexander Yakushev and Women’s Hockey Commission member Alexander Steblin.

Among its participants also are men and women National Teams’ coaches Zinetula Bilyaletdinov and Mikhail Chekanov.  Teams’ preparation to the Olympic Games and questions connected with Team rosters were discussed.

We remind that Men’s roster was announced January, 7 and it has already one replacement – injured Sergei Soin (Dynamo Moscow) exchanged Alexander Syomin (Carolina Hurricanes). Yesterday Mikhail Chekanov announced Women’s National Team roster.
