The under 18 Russian national team defeated HC NKHK 2:0 in Novogorsk in preparation for the 2018 World Challenge Cup in Canada.
Vasily Podkolzin and Alexander Gordin scored the two goals to give Russia U18 the 2:0 win.
After the team fly to North America, a second friendly game will take place against Canada West. The 2018 World Challenge Cup begins on December 10 (00:00) with a match with Canada East.
