In game four of the VHL-2 final, HC Tambov defeated HC Cheboksary 2:1 to become the Federation Cup winners!

HC Tambov won the VHL-2 gold medals, with HC Cheboksary earning the silver and HC Mordoviya Saransk taking bronze.
