1976 Olympic champion, famed Soviet hockey player and an honoured USSR Master of Sports Viktor Zhluktov celebrates his birthday on the 26th of January. We wish Viktor a very happy birthday, as well as happiness and health!

1976 Olympic champion, silver medalist of the 1980 Olympic Games

Five time world champion (1978, 1979, 1981 - 1983), silver medalist 1976, bronze medalist 1977

Canada Cup winner in 1981 and the top scorer of the 1976 tournament. Played in 12 Canada Cup games, scored seven goals

Eleven time USSR championship winner (1974, 1975, 1977 - 1985)

USSR Cup winner in 1973 and 1979, finalist in 1976

Played in 455 USSR championship matches, scored 197 goals along with eight in the USSR Cup

Won the Challenge Cup in 1979, ten time winner of the European Champions Cup  (13 tournament goals)

Was awarded with the "Druzhba narodov", "Znak pochyota", "Druzhba" and "Za trudovoe otlichie" national awards and medals between 1979 and 1996.
