Metallurg Magnitogorsk are the Gagarin Cup and Russian champions

Having defeated CSKA Moscow 3:1 to win the overall series 4:3, HC Metallurg Magnitogorsk have become the KHL Gagarin Cup and Russian champions. The winner of the trophy also takes the Russian championship title.

Metallurg forward Sergei Mozyakin was named the KHL playoffs' MVP, and RIHF president Vladislav Tretyak took part in the awards ceremony.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation congratulates Metallurg's board, coaches, players and fans with their victory!
