Alexander Chernykh, a member of the Russian Ice Hockey Hall of Fame, celebrates his birthday on 11 September.
Today, he has turned 60 years of age.
During his successful playing career, Alexander notably won a gold medal at the 1988 Olympic Games. He does indeed remain the sole representative of Khimik Voskresensk to earn Olympic gold.
