Channel One Cup. Belarus - Stars and VHL - 4:5 OT

On the final day of the Channel One Cup, the Stars and VHL managed to tally their maiden win of the competition, defeating the senior Belarusian national team 5:4 in overtime.

Arseniy Gritsyuk was the hero for the Stars and VHL, scoring into the empty net after the Belarusians had opted to compete without their goaltender for the extra frame.

In normal time, Matvei Kabush, Ivan Zinchenko, Gritsyuk and Igor Shvyryov had scored for the Stars and VHL, with Igor Martynov, Vladislav Yeryomenko, Vasily Filyaev and Maxim Sushlo netting for Belarus.
