The RIHF extends its condolences

In the 87th year of his life, refereeing veteran Valentin Nikultsev has sadly passed away.

During his successful career as a referee, Valentin officiated historical matches between the USSR and Canadian national teams, Canada Cup games and fixtures at the World Junior Championship. He was regularly named the best Soviet referee.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation extends its deepest condolences to Valentin's family and friends.
