Alexander Gladkov, a coach of the Lokomotiv-2004 Yaroslavl team, has received the Anatoly Tarasov Medal as a consequence of his contributions to the development of ice hockey in Russia.

The award, which can only be presented to those who have earned major achievements in the field of physical culture and sport spanning a minimum of 20 years, was ratified by the Russian Ministry of Sport in June of this year.
