Interviews after the 2017 Universiade match against South Korea

Russian men's student national team head coach Vladislav Khromykh:

- There both positive and negative moments in this match. The team has things to immediately improve on. In the first period, the players were a bit nervous, technical errors were committed. South Korea have quite a fast team, but we began to take control midway through the opening frame. In the future, the opponents will be a lot stronger.

Russian men's student national team defenseman Maxim Kudryshov:

- We played at our maximum right from the off. Even when we were leading by a large score, we didn't relax. The ice is warm because of the warm arena, but you have to get used to your conditions. We will prepare to play Latvia, the facilities here are great. So far, we haven't had time to walk around our surrondings at all.

- South Korea have a decent team, they fought until the end. They have committment. Despite the big score, we did make mistakes during this game. Players who make mistakes won't play. Latvia have powerful guys on their roster, we will analyse their game.
