Despite scoring three goals during an entertaining first period of play, the under 25 Russian national team conceded a 3:5 defeat to Dinamo Minsk in the second match of the Liga Stavok Sochi Hockey Open.

Nikita Novikov, Alexei Ozhgikhin and Danila Yurov all tallied the three Russian goals.

Following the opening frame, Ilya Nabokov had replaced Vyacheslav Peksa in our net.
