World Championship. Russia U18 - Belarus U18 - 4:1

In Slovakia, Russia U18 played against Belarus at the World Championship.

Despite being firm favourites for the match, our players fell behind to a Belarusian goal midway through the second period. That came as a shock, but Russia had the right response. Ivan Chekhovich and Kirill Slepets netted quickfire goals after, giving Russia a lead before the third frame.

Fortunately, Russia's class told in the final period. Andrei Svechnikov and Ivan Chekhovich scored further goals, completing a 4:1 victory!
