ALROSA Cup. Russian Olympic team - Slovenia

On April 29th, the Russian Olympic team will play their second ALROSA Cup match in Saint Petersburg. Today's opponents are Slovenia.
Russia got off to a flying start at the tournament on Thursday, destroying Norway 8:2. Kirill Kaprizov and Artyom Blazhievskiy both scored two goals, while Saint Petersburg favourite Alexander Barabanov impressed with a 1+1 performance. HC SKA teammate Igor Shestyorkin was between the pipes.
Nevertheless, it promises to be a tougher test against the Slovenians. They also won their opening match, seeing off Norway 5:3 yesterday. They have well known KHL players such as Ziga Jeglic and Jan Mursak on their roster.
Puck drop is scheduled for 17:00 Moscow time. Life78, KHL TV and KHL TV HD will all broadcast live in Russia.
