Artemiy Panarin became the first Russian player to notch four assists in two World Championship games. 

Fellow forward Evgeny Dadonov has competed in 70 national team matches, picking up 50 points (17+33).

Vladislav Namestnikov has five points (3+2) from ten Russian national side games.

In eight matches, Viktor Antipin has dished out 10 assists.

Nikita Gusev netted his first World Championship goal.
