01.05.2022
In the first of two planned friendly matches, the senior Russian national team outlasted Belarus in Tula, emerging victorious by a score of 5:2.

Nikita Tertyshny opened the scoring in the opening frame. In the second, Marat Khairullin had given our team the second advantage after the Belarusians had equalised, but the opponents got back on level terms for the second time before the stanza had reached its completion.

The decisive moment arrived midway through the third period.
