The "Russia is a Sporting Power" forum has opened its doors in Kazan

The "Russia is a Sporting Power" forum, which is taking place in Kazan, Tatarstan, opened its doors on September 8.
It will continue for two more days.
The Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan are the event's organisers. It is being held in accordance with the order issued by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
At the forum, there is a special RIHF stand, where the federation's main projects are being presented. Furthermore, the stand has been designed in the form of an ice rink, containing a puck shooting zone and an apparatus for virtual dribbling of the puck. Models of the arenas in Novosibirsk and Omsk, which are currently being constructed in preparation for the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship, are on display.
