The RIHF will participate in the "Russia is a Sporting Power" forum

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF) will participate in the "Russia is a Sporting Power" forum, which will take place in Kazan, Tatarstan between the 8th and 10th of September.

The Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan are the event's organisers. It is being held in accordance with the order issued by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.

At the forum, there will be a special RIHF stand, where the federation's main projects will be presented. Furthermore, the stand will be designed in the form of an ice rink, containing a puck shooting zone and an apparatus for virtual dribbling of the puck. Models of the arenas in Novosibirsk and Omsk, which are currently being constructed in preparation for the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship, will also be on display.
