2021 World Championship. Russia - Slovakia. A statistical look

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation takes a look at the statistics to emerge from the third match of the 2021 IIHF World Championship against Slovakia (1:3):
- In 17 World Championship meetings between the nations, Russia have claimed 10 wins, while Slovakia have earned four victories and the remaining three matches ended in draws;
- Forward Anton Slepyshev has earned 11 (7+4) points in 30 games for the senior Russian national team;
- In his 30 games for the senior national team, defenseman Vladislav Gavrikov has registered one goal and three assists;
- Forward Andrei Kuzmenko has earned 18 (13+5) points in 20 matches for the senior Russian national team;
- Defenseman Grigory Dronov (0+0) and forward Emil Galimov (1+1) have made 10 appearances for Russia;
- Forward Alexander Barabanov has netted 10 goals for the senior national team, with six of them having arrived at the World Championship.
