Red Machine National Development Program event in Crimea

In Crimea, an event dedicated to the Red Machine National Development Program is continuing, with it having been organised by the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RIHF).

RIHF specialists held an open lecture for the teenage players concerning the basic principles of the Red Machine National Development Program, with the seminar being attended - via an online format - by famous ice hockey players such as Alexander Svitov, Anton Kuryanov and Alexei Kuznetsov.

The young players were able to ask Svitov, Kuryanov and Kuznetsov questions with regard to training, how to prepare for matches in the correct manner, diet, the recovery process, the psychological aspect of sport and the ability to combine ice hockey with education. Those who asked the best questions were awarded souvenirs.

After that seminar had ended, the teenagers engaged in physical training sessions, before playing football, floorball and basketball.
