The event included practical and theoretical session. Experts from the department of hockey technologies of the RIHF showed the capabilities of modern equipment, which allows you to record the results of an athlete without taking into account the "human factor". Data analysis allows the coach to make timely adjustments to the training and competitive processes of the team, as well as to determine the direction for further work with each athlete.

The day ended with a theoretical lesson for the team's coaches. RIHF specialists spoke in detail about the possibilities, specifics and expediency of using modern equipment in the training process, demonstrated the methods of forming a report reflecting the athlete's functional state, the athlete's rating within the team, as well as recommendations for increasing the level of an athlete's readiness.

Dmitry Polyanchikov, head of the ice hockey dtechnologies department:

- In today's work with young sledge hockey players, tests were used that are included in the unified testing system of the Russian national ice hockey teams. In addition, equipment for monitoring heart rate monitoring was used. This monitoring is necessary, first of all, to control recovery indicators.
