Official statement by the Commission for the Accreditation of Ice Hockey Agents

In connection with complaints made with regard to Denis Loginov, the Commission for the Accreditation of Ice Hockey Agents declares the following:
- Denis Loginov is not an accredited ice hockey agent and does not hold the right to engage in such activities in accordance with the current legislation. His actions, aimed at extorting money for allegedly rendered agency services, contain all of the signs of fraud and are punishable Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
As a consequence of this and complaints made by citizens, related materials were transferred to law enforcement agencies to bring citizen D. Loginov to criminal responsibility.
