The Russian Ice Hockey Federation has prepared recommendations concerning training sessions following the lengthy coronavirus break.

With many Russian regions reducing the social restrictions, it will soon be possible for athletes to resume the training process again. Following such a long period without intense training sessions, it is important to resume the process in a correct, staged manner.

Specialists of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation have consequently put together 10 recommendations with regard training sessions following the coronavirus break. An expert group consisting of qualified coaches, sporting doctors and psychologists participated in the process.

The age groups are 5-7, 8-10 and 11-16. Targets for coaches have also been included in the recommendation list.
