2020 World Junior Championship. Sweden U20 - Russia U20 - 4:5 OT

In the semi-final of the 2020 IIHF World Junior Championship, the under 20 Russian national team defeated Sweden in dramatic circumstances, earning a 5:4 victory in overtime.
After Sweden took an early lead, Ivan Morozov, Alexander Khovanov and Yegor Sokolov quickly handed Russia a 3:1 advantage, but the Swedes did get back on level terms in the second frame.
The opponents then took the lead in the third.
Neverthless, Russia came fighting back, as Sokolov completed a flowing play to make it 4:4 in the 49th minute.
Eventually, it went all the way to overtime, where Morozov scored the winning goal to secure a thrilling victory!
Russia will compete against Canada in the final. Puck drop is scheduled for 21:00 Moscow time.
